Compensation: starting at $72,000-$95,000 commensurate with experience

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT schoolOutpatient experience within the last 3 yearsValid State Physical Therapist licenseCPR certification

Preferred Qualifications:

Pelvic Health Experience in the last yearHerman and Wallace Level 1, 2 or equivalent certification through the APTA Additional Data
