Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient- KORT

Location: 9407 County Rd 402, Charlestown, IN 47111

Schedule: Monday- Friday no weekends

Compensation: starting at $68,000 annual base

This role has the potential to see a wide variety of outpatient orthopedic diagnoses as well as oncology diagnoses as part of their daily caseload.

Responsibilities Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulationsEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patientsMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payorsAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT schoolOutpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinicianOutpatient clinical rotation if a current studentValid State Physical Therapist LicenseCPR certification Additional Data
