Physical Therapist – $60/hr – Glendale, AZ Position Overview: We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide evaluations and therapy services for students in grades K–8. This role includes performing assessments, implementing therapy plans, and documenting services in accordance with physician orders and individualized plans of care.
