Principal Accountabilities:

Essential functions include patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, providing patient and family education, documenting interventions, and billing appropriately.  Supports management in developing teaching materials, competency development and implementation, maintains knowledge of standards of practice.  Maintains own professional productivity at desired levels and serves as an example/mentor for others within their discipline.  Participates in the orientation of new staff members, serves as a clinical instructor for students, exercises independent judgement of moderately complex cases and with minimal to no supervision. Supports manager in key initiatives and handles other items as assigned in an independent manner.
