Eddy VNRA has an exciting opportunity for a part time weekend physical therapist responsible to admit or evaluate patients requiring home-based therapy, primarily post-acute or subacute.

Schedule: Every Other Saturday&Sunday-8 hour shifts

What you will do:

Promotes/provides physical therapy services in the home to assist the patient in achieving his/her optimal level of functioning.Evaluates and treats individuals with functional deficits secondary to neurologic, orthopedic and medical conditions.Experience the rewards of appreciation from being able to address the whole patient

What you will need:

Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science, Master’s degree or Clinical Doctorate of physical therapy degreeCurrent NYS PT license and registrationOne year PT experience requiredHome care experience preferred, but not required

Pay Range: $37.60 - $48.10

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
