Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Charlotte Health & Rehabilitation Center. As a Physical Therapist with our center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality rehabilitation services in a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes

Implement and modify physical therapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, as needed

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Participate in patient education and family training to promote independence and self-care

Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development

Requirements:

Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina

0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
