What You’ll Do

Provide quality therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist.

Assist with individualized treatment plans and help patients progress toward their goals.

Perform patient treatments that reflect age, culture, and medical needs.

Document treatments and patient progress accurately in the EMR.

Collaborate on discharge planning and help patients transition successfully.

Keep your skills sharp — meet productivity standards while delivering exceptional care.

What You Bring

Graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant or Physical Therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
OR graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.

Current Montana PTA license or eligibility for COTA license (must be obtained within 90 days).

CPR certification (or ability to obtain before start).

Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and the care team.

Bonus points for: 3+ years of therapy assistant experience, knowledge of payer requirements, and comfort working in an acute care setting.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
