Location: Genesys Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic - Fenton, MI

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy under the supervision of a physical therapist.Provide physical therapy interventions under a plan of care written by a physical therapist.Perform therapy interventions utilizing techniques and skills as appropriate for the patient population.Document treatment interventions given.may coordinate activities of physical therapy aides, students and other support personnel.

EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

PTA credentialed from the Michigan Board of Physical Therapy required.

Physical Therapy Assistant Associate's Degree from an accredited college.BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
