Position: Physical Therapist Assistant
Location: NovaCare Middle River, Maryland
Specialties: Orthopedics, Vestibular, Sports Medicine, Concussion, an ACL program, and Fall Prevention
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Compensation: starting at $29.00/hr. commensurate with experience

For new graduate PTAs, we offer reasonable caseload expectations and a structured ramp-up period to ensure a smooth transition into practice. Interest and/or experience treating patients with vestibular, concussion, and sports medicine conditions is a plus.

Responsibilities Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and proceduresMaintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
