What You'll Do: Deliver physical therapy treatments as outlined in each individual's care plan, developed by a licensed PT. Assist with clinical assessments and document progress. Collaborate closely with PTs, physicians, staff, and families to ensure continuity of care. Help integrate therapy activities into daily routines at home and in the community. Travel to multiple service sites as part of your daily schedule. What You'll Need: Licensed & registered as a Physical Therapist Assistant by the NYS Department of Education. Preferred: 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Required: Valid NYS driver's license.
