Seeking full time orthopedic physical therapist to join growing multi-disciplinary team of 13 Clinicians, 4 PSS's, and 1 Rehab tech. Therapist would treat a variety of diagnoses including spine, young athletes, post-op patients, gait and balance. Therapist must be comfortable building relationships and helping grow a sports program within the community and with referral sources. If interested, please contact Sarah Brehn.
Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
