Responsibilities Looking for prn ortho PT to assist with coverage as necessary and to promote growth within the North DFW areaInitial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications

.Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
