Seeking full time therapy supervisor and physical therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Therapist would be required to treat a variety of diagnoses, primarily orthopedic in nature and support a team of 13 clinicians, 5 PSS and 1 tech. This clinic offers services in ortho, neuro, and sports. Ability to add to clinic culture is highly valuable for this role and candidates should have leadership experience, ability to adapt, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

 

As a Physical Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians.  Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan. 

Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
