Job Description Physical Therapist – Post-Acute Rehab $5K-$10k SIGN ON BONUS Insight Global is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, implementing treatment plans, setting functional goals, and supervising PTAs and rehab aides. The PT will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Candidates must hold an active PT license, CPR certification, and demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, communication skills, and proficiency with therapy software and Microsoft Office.
