We're seeking an exceptionlly energetic clinician with a passion for sports rehab to treat and build a caseload of athletes and an active population. Candidates with an SCS or CSCS certification (or plans to pursue one) are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
