BSW Rehab Fort Worth All Saints is seeks a full time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team comprised of 6 clinicians and 3 PSSs. The ideal candidate will be competent and confident treating a variety of Neurological diagnoses, including CVA, TBI, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, and Vestibular conditions, in addition to treating general Ortho, gait and balance conditions. . The successful candidate with be a team player, self-directed, and innovative, with good communication and differential diagnosis skills. NEW GRADS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.

Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
