What You'll Do + Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and deliver individualized treatment plans independently + Establish, implement, and modify treatment goals based on patient input, clinical findings, and reassessment outcomes + Provide safe, effective interventions while adapting care to changing patient needs + Schedule and coordinate patient activities based on individual care plans + Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, including in unusual or non-routine situations + Appropriately delegate tasks to support personnel in accordance with licensure and policy + Seek guidance or consultation for complex cases as needed What We're Looking For + Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
