Skills and Requirements Baccalaureate, Master, or Doctorate Degree of Physical Therapy. Current Texas Licensure to practice Physical Therapy. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Physical Therapy experience in an acute care hospital and/or rehabilitation facility with participation in a multi-disciplinary team.
