In this role as a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physically-related disorders requiring mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy, and neuromuscular reeducation. As a Physical Therapist, you will also utilize the rehab process to promote and restore the optimal health and well-being of the patient. While in this position, you will assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. **Job Requirements** In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified Physical Therapist candidates will need the following: + Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred + Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred + Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy required + Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, preferred + Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist required + BLS through the American Heart Association required + Dry Needling Certification or Education preferred + Only required if performing the Dry Needling function: Dry Needling Certification or Education. Physical Requirements-Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly At our Fort Morgan location, this full-time physical therapy position comes with comprehensive benefits. The available shifts are variable. You have the option of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Five 8-hour days or four days a week. In order to cover inpatient evaluations, we do need a weekend rotation. New graduates can be trained by us.
