**Responsibilities** **Are you a passionate Physical Therapist dedicated to restoring function and empowering patients? Join our collaborative rehabilitation team!** You'll plan, organize, and implement specific treatment programs, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and supervising support personnel for rapid patient recovery. **You will:** + **Evaluation & Assessment:** Evaluate patient abilities and limitations. + **Treatment Planning:** Establish treatment plans/goals with patient based on referral/evaluation of functional skills (joint mobility, gait, strength, etc.).
