**Overview** **Position:** Physical Therapist - Outpatient Neuro/Ortho **Location:** Parkside section of Philadelphia, PA **Schedule:** Full-time, Monday through Friday. No Weekends! **Compensation:** Salary range $82K-$90K, based on your experience. **Incentives: $10,000 Sign on Bonus!** **Unique Location/Job Details:** We are looking for a Physical Therapist to assist in our small and busy outpatient Physical Therapy office with our two Physical Therapists, one of which has over 4 years of outpatient experience, and Patient Service Specialist. We are a neighborhood clinic in West Philadelphia and we like our patients and staff to feel they have a community here. We keep a fun atmosphere with our Daily Wordles, seasonal décor and always flowing jokes and banter. We thrive in a collaborative setting and sharing responsibilities to place the least amount of stress on all staff members and improve quality care for our patients. The position includes treating patients with a variety of diagnoses, working as a team to provide good care, navigating thru and documenting thoroughly on our TherapyBridge EMR system, scheduling patients, and maintaining an inviting office space that makes patients feel welcomed.
