Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Incumbent participates as a member of the health care team, working with professional and non-professional staff and associated professionals in providing care which provides optimum home care and continuity of care to referred patients, addressing the age of the patients served.

Minimum Qualifications:

One year experience as a physical therapist required Knowledge and ability to perform current physical therapy techniques, knowledge of physical therapy standards, procedures and principles, ability to operate physical therapy equipment for patient care, ability to implement practical application of knowledge, ability to work independently and autonomously and ability to teach and instruct patients, caregivers and staff required Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required Current BLS through American Heart AssociationCurrent CA Phyical Therapy License requiredCA DL and Car Ins required
