Physical Security Systems Specialist - Remote (U.S.)

NTT DATA is currently seeking a **Physical Security Systems Specialist** to join our U.S. remote team. This is a 12- month Temp role.

**Summary:**
This role requires a deep understanding and hands-on experience with physical security systems, including but not limited to Access Control, Video Surveillance (VMS), Intrusion & Weapons Detection, and Visitor Management technologies.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Works independently to understand workflows and applies technical knowledge to assist end users.
+ Follow all established procedures.
+ Creates clear documentation for education, knowledge sharing for the team, and procedure/policy requirements.
+ Utilizes critical thinking to decipher workflows to understand adjustments needed to application deployments.
+ Understands basic technology infrastructure to assist with any new functionality, break/fix or application replacement.
+ Provides a proactive rounding experience to the market and cross.
+ Collaborates with team members in other markets to share lessons learned, opportunities, and ideas.
+ Ability to develop and maintain internal knowledge bases for troubleshooting, maintenance, and support procedures.
+ Follows appropriate escalation workflows to level 4 product teams.
+ Provides Level 4 product teams a feedback loop from the market user base, for product questions, iterations and opportunities.
+ The role also demands strong leadership capabilities to manage escalated technical support issues, mentor junior teams, and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and vendors.
**Required:**
+ High School Diploma or GED is required.
+ 2+ years of deep, hands-on understanding of both physical security technologies and facilities management systems, including but not limited to Access Control, Video Surveillance (VMS), Intrusion & Weapons Detection, and Visitor Management technologies.
+ 2+ years of experience with troubleshooting, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance.
+ 2+ years of proven experience in providing escalated technical support for complex, high-priority issues that require expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution.
+ Ability to perform in-depth root cause analysis for both physical security and facilities systems failures, identifying systemic issues and recommending long-term fixes.
+ 2+ years of experience in diagnosing and resolving issues related to the integration of physical security systems with IT infrastructure and facilities management solutions.
**Travel:**
Remote, will travel onsite for go-lives, onsite assessments, or onsite troubleshooting.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($35-$36/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
