Responsibilities

Join Our World-Class Team as a Physical Medicine Tech in Neuro Rehab! 

We are seeking three supplemental Physical Medicine Technicians with the desire to gain meaningful, hands-on experience while providing patient-centered care. This role will support physical and occupational therapists in the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services for individuals with neurological and complex medical conditions in our inpatient rehabilitation facility on Generose 4.

This role offers a unique opportunity for current Doctor of Physical Therapy students to work alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals, deepen their understanding of neurorehabilitation workflows, gain experience in the use of cutting-edge rehabilitation technologies, and contribute directly to patient recovery in a fast‑paced, interdisciplinary care setting. This role will actively support therapy sessions, monitor patient response, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help maintain a safe and organized therapy environment essential to patient care and operational efficiency.



Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required. Additional education, experience and skill in the field of human services preferred. Ability to use electronic equipment which may include computers, telephones, and video cameras is required. Interpersonal skills are required for effective communication.

Applicants must be currently enrolled as a Doctor of Physical Therapy student within the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science to be considered for this position.
