Join Mayo Clinic, a world-renowned leader in patient care, education, and research, as we seek a dedicated Musculoskeletal Physiatrist to join our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) team. Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Physiatrist with expertise in musculoskeletal medicine. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients with a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, supporting recovery, function, and quality of life. This position includes participation in a multidisciplinary Hand Clinic, and the ideal candidate will have experience with ultrasound guided interventional procedures.


Responsibilities Include:

Provide expert diagnostic and therapeutic services in physical medicine and rehabilitation.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and hand conditions.Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physician colleagues across specialties.Participate in departmental and institutional activities, including quality improvement initiatives, education, and clinical conferences.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Minnesota.Demonstrated expertise in musculoskeletal medicine; experience in ultrasound‑guided procedures preferred.Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Compensation Detail

The minimum starting salary for medical specialties may range from $202,000 to $663,037. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
