As the catalog and content volume increases, the brand needs a dedicated editor to improve turnaround times, maintain consistency, and optimize assets for performance. The goal is to enhance conversion, brand credibility, and speed-to-publish through expert photo editing and efficient workflows.
The Impact you’ll make\nPhoto Retouching and Color Management
\n\nPerform color correction, exposure/lighting adjustments, cropping, and background cleanup\nRetouch product and model images while maintaining a natural, brand-true look\nApply non-destructive editing techniques and maintain consistent retouching standards\n\n
E-commerce and Social Asset Preparation
\n\nPrepare images for website, marketplaces, catalogs, and email marketing\nResize, export, and optimize files for Instagram, Pinterest, ads, and lookbooks\nEnsure all assets meet platform specifications (dimensions, format, file size, naming)\n\n
Brand Consistency and Quality Assurance
\n\nAdhere to brand guidelines and visual standards across all imagery\nConduct final QA checks to ensure color, skin tones, fabric textures, and edges are polished\nImplement feedback quickly and iterate efficiently to reduce revision cycles\n\n
File Management and Workflow
\n\nOrganize, label, and maintain photo libraries and shared folders for easy retrieval\nFollow standardized naming conventions and version control\nTrack progress and deadlines to keep deliverables on schedule\n\n
Collaboration and Communication
\n\nPartner with design and marketing to understand creative direction and timelines\nClarify briefs, propose edits, and surface issues proactively\nSupport campaign launches with timely asset delivery\n
