Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Process Maintenance Mechanic at our Phoenix operation. The successful candidate will manage, coach, lead and mentor a maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

Repair and rebuild of processing equipment in the Roaster area to include pumps, piping and vessels, in addition to preventative and predictive maintenance routesPerform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Four (4) years as a journeyman in industrial maintenance or two (2) years maintenance school (completed with certificate) preferredDemonstrated ability experience in operating crushing/processing equipment including jaw, gyratory and cone crushers, and conveyor belts preferredDemonstrated ability to work from blueprints and drawings preferredAbility to troubleshoot and complete repair on all pumps, primary crushers, Omnicones and conveyor systems preferredAbility to troubleshoot and rebuild gearboxes and pumps including centrifugal and positive displacement preferredExperience in TIG and MIG welding stainless steel and titanium pipe preferredMillwright skills to include: hydraulic systems and alignments preferredFabrication, machinist and high-pressure welding skills preferredExcellent safety and attendance record requiredDemonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job required
