**About Us** **Phlebotomy Training Program Student** **Shift - Day Monday-Friday 4 Weeks Virtual classroom Training and 4 Weeks Clinical on-site** **The Baylor Scott and White Health Phlebotomy training program is designed to be a gateway to bring quality phlebotomist into the BSWH system. Individuals who successfully complete this program will be offered the opportunity for full-time permanent employment; however, employment is not guaranteed.** **The program is 8 weeks in duration with an average of 35-40 hours of training and instructions per week. The course is broken down into two parts: virtual classroom instructions and on onsite clinical experience.
