Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Phlebotomist, where you will perform blood draws on-site at a bustling patient service center. Our facility accommodates approximately 100-150 patients daily, and you will be responsible for conducting 30-40 draws per day without assistance. You will also be engaged in data entry, specimen processing, and preparing labs for shipment. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth in a proactive and adaptable environment.

ResponsibilitiesPerform blood draws on-site for a busy patient service center.Conduct 30-40 draws per day independently.Handle data entry and specimen processing.Prepare labs for shipment.Administer a full menu of testing.Rotate between front desk duties, patient services, and other testing areas.Essential SkillsAt least 6 months of clinical phlebotomy experience is needed.Proficiency in phlebotomy, blood draw, and venipuncture.Completion of a phlebotomy school or program is preferred.

Additional Skills & QualificationsHospital or outpatient lab experience is strongly preferred.Phlebotomy certification is beneficial but not required.Experience in a clinical setting drawing blood is strongly preferred.Knowledge of testing menus is preferred.Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM. The dress code requires scrubs and closed-toe shoes. Lab coats will be provided. This position offers a long-term opportunity in a thriving national outpatient setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
