About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team. This role involves supporting clinical operations through specimen collection, patient interaction, and adherence to laboratory protocols. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, precision, and a patient-first mindset to every interaction.
Role Responsibilities
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with accuracy and careLabel, centrifuge, split, and store specimens per test requirementsMaintain and update patient records accuratelyEnsure specimen integrity during preparation and transportComply with OSHA, DEP, and internal safety protocolsProvide clear, courteous explanations of procedures to patientsHandle pediatric and geriatric patients with professionalismRespond to inquiries and relay lab results as neededCandidate Requirements

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.50/hr.
