We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist with a minimum of three years' experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have experience in phlebotomy, blood draw, and sample collection, with a strong focus on customer service. Oncology experience is a plus, and the candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, including an HIV clinic.
ResponsibilitiesPerform blood draws and sample collection with precision and care.Process and accession samples, including centrifuging.Utilize straight needles primarily for blood draws.Comfortably draw blood from pediatric patients and those from the clinic.Manage a daily average of 100 patients efficiently.Work collaboratively with clinic staff to provide excellent patient care.
Essential SkillsMinimum of three years' experience in phlebotomy.Proficiency in blood draw, sample collection, and customer service.Experience in centrifuging samples.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Comfortable working with HIV patients.
Additional Skills & QualificationsOncology experience is a plus.Recent relevant experience in phlebotomy and sample processing.
Work Environment
The position requires working on Thursdays and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The environment is fast-paced and connected to an HIV clinic, requiring comfort in handling a large volume of patients.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin Township, New Jersey.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $21.00/hr.
