Qualifications + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. + Experience: + Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, required. + 1+ year lead role, preferred. + Licensure/Certification: National Phlebotomy Certification (e.g., ASCP, NHA, NCPT), required. + Additional Skills Required: + Knowledge of medical terminology, laboratory procedures, and electronic health records (EHR). + Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
