Coverage Area: Long Beach to Santa Ana

Job Summary:

We are hiring two experienced Phlebotomists to join our Southern California team in float positions. These roles support multiple clinic sites and require flexibility, reliability, and a strong commitment to patient care.

Schedule:Weekly schedules provided by the hiring managerMust be available between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PMWill work 8-hour shifts within this time frameKey Responsibilities:Perform venipunctures and collect specimens (blood, urine, fecal)Label, centrifuge, split, and store specimens according to protocolsMaintain specimen integrity during transport and storageUpdate patient records and verify requisition formsExplain procedures clearly and courteously to patientsDemonstrate proper technique using straight and butterfly needlesEnsure compliance with OSHA and DEP regulationsAttend annual department trainingsAnswer phone inquiries and relay lab results as neededMinimum Qualifications:Minimum 6 months of experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital settingExperience with pediatric and geriatric patientsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHigh School Diploma or GED2–4 years of relevant experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
