Job Title: Phlebotomist - Phoenix 2 full time and 1 part time role
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated phlebotomists to join our team in a physician's office setting. The role involves drawing patients' blood and performing specimen processing duties. You will be responsible for the collection, receipt, and proper entry of biological specimens into our computer system. Additionally, you will prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute them to the appropriate analytical area. This role also includes performing specified analytical tests as assigned, while adhering to the guidelines of the Code of Conduct.
Responsibilities
+ Draw blood from patients and perform specimen processing.
+ Collect and receive biological specimens into the department.
+ Enter specimen data accurately into the company's computer system.
+ Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute them to the proper analytical area.
+ Perform specified analytical testing as assigned.
+ Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.
Essential Skills
+ At least 1 year of prior phlebotomy experience (donor and plasma does not qualify).
+ Comfortable working independently.
+ GED or High School Diploma required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in laboratory settings and patient care.
+ Skills in specimen processing and phlebotomy.
Work Environment
This position is located in Phoenix, AZ, working inside a doctor's office alongside medical assistants. The work hours are from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday for the full time role or Mon 8a-430p, Tues 8a-430p and Fri 8a-12p for the part time role. The environment encourages growth and provides opportunities for advancement, including a career ladder for eligible employees after six months. The company values internal promotion for leadership roles. Dress code and specific office protocols will be provided upon hiring.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
