Responsibilities + Conduct blood draws and phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages, primarily adults. + Serve both inpatient and outpatient populations. + Collect and process patient information accurately. + Provide excellent customer service to patients. + Ensure the proper labeling and processing of blood samples. What We’re Looking For + Experience: Proficiency in venipuncture, specimen collection, and lab procedures. + Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a patient-first mindset. + Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using healthcare and patient information systems. Essential Skills + Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques and blood draw procedures. + Pediatric and Geriatric experience needed. + Strong customer service skills. + Experience with specimen processing and data entry. + Ability to interact effectively with patients. + Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Certified Phlebotomist is preferred but not required + Attention to detail. Work Environment Work in a fast-paced clinic environment. The role involves working 9am to 6am M-F. Serve a wide range of patients, working independently completing approximately 15 blood draws per day.
