Are you a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist looking to make a meaningful impact in patient care? We’re hiring for a Part-Time role in Littleton, CO and we want you on our team! A chance to perform phlebotomy in a dynamic environment, providing essential care to patients.
ResponsibilitiesConduct blood draws and phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages, primarily adults.Serve both inpatient and outpatient populations.Collect and process patient information accurately.Provide excellent customer service to patients.Ensure the proper labeling and processing of blood samples.What We’re Looking ForExperience: Proficiency in venipuncture, specimen collection, and lab procedures.Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a patient-first mindset.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using healthcare and patient information systems.Essential SkillsProficiency in phlebotomy techniques and blood draw procedures.Pediatric and Geriatric experience needed.Strong customer service skills.Experience with specimen processing and data entry.Ability to interact effectively with patients.Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsCertified Phlebotomist is preferred but not requiredAttention to detail.Work Environment
Work in a fast-paced clinic environment. The role involves working 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM Monday-Friday. Serve a wide range of patients, working independently completing approximately 15 blood draws a day.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.43 - $23.51/hr.
