Job Title: Phlebotomist Location: Murfreesboro, TN Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team in Murfreesboro. In this role, you’ll be responsible for collecting blood and other specimens through venipuncture and skin punctures, following established protocols to ensure the integrity of samples for accurate diagnostic testing. You’ll also support administrative functions that keep our lab operations running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities + Perform venipuncture and skin punctures safely and accurately + Collect, label, and preserve specimens according to lab standards + Log and process samples using established laboratory procedures + Maintain specimen integrity during handling and transport + Complete clerical tasks including labeling, data entry, and sample tracking + Communicate effectively with patients to ensure a positive experience Required Skills & Experience + Proficiency in venipuncture and phlebotomy techniques + Familiarity with specimen collection protocols and medical office procedures + Minimum of 1 year of hands-on phlebotomy experience + Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
