Job Description

As a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience. You will work closely with physicians to deliver exceptional patient care in a compassionate and team-oriented environment.

ResponsibilitiesEngage with patients and enhance their experience.Room patients and obtain vitals efficiently.Perform phlebotomy with precision and care.Schedule appointments and manage patient charts.Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.Assist physicians during procedures, including saline sonograms and IUI.Essential SkillsProficiency in BLS and phlebotomy.Expertise in venipuncture and specimen collection.Experience with straight needle and butterfly techniques.Knowledge of medical terminology.Competence in electronic health records.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree preferred.Certified Medical Assistant Certification preferred.Current BLS Certification required.Compassionate and adaptable.Passionate about fertility and eager to grow within the organization.Work Environment

The clinic operates Monday to Friday with start times between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM. A weekend rotation is required twice a month, along with a few holiday rotations annually. The facility includes a traditional clinic, ambulatory surgery center, and an embryology/IVF lab equipped with state-of-the-art technology, providing a unique and innovative work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
