Job Description
Perform phlebotomy in a dynamic and fast-paced hospital setting, providing essential care to patients.
ResponsibilitiesConduct blood draws and phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages, primarily adults.Serve both inpatient and outpatient populations.Collect and process patient information accurately.Provide excellent customer service to patients.Ensure the proper labeling and processing of blood samples.Essential SkillsProficiency in phlebotomy techniques and blood draw procedures.Strong customer service skills.Experience with specimen processing and data entry.Ability to interact effectively with patients.Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsCertified Phlebotomist.Phlebotomy Technician certification.Attention to detail.Work Environment
Work in a fast-paced clinic environment. The role involves a rotating shift schedule, working 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM for four days a week, with one Saturday shift per month. Expect a holiday schedule requiring work on one major holiday per year. Serve mainly adult patients, handling approximately 25-40 patients daily, both inpatient and outpatient.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.43 - $23.51/hr.
