Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Full-time. Day shift hours, Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm varying hours. One Saturday a month. You will work at the UW Health Roscoe Clinic in Roscoe, IL.

QualificationsSuccessful completion of a phlebotomy course. RequiredMust provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. RequiredWork Experience3 years Phlebotomy experience. RequiredLicenses & CertificationsCPR certification. RequiredPBT (ASCP) Certification. RequiredComplete required education hours to support PBT (ASCP) Certification. Required
