Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our pharmacy operations by ensuring accurate data entry, responding to customer inquiries, and handling a significant volume of inbound calls daily. Responsibilities + Confirm prescription details and enter them accurately into the database. + Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. + Handle 40-50 inbound calls daily and assist callers with their needs. Essential Skills + At least 6 months of experience as a Pharmacy Technician. + Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) certification. + State of NJ Pharmacy Technician License. + Experience in customer service and data entry. + Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bilingual skills are preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting is beneficial. Work Environment Our work environment offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a training shift from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Overtime opportunities are available. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ledgewood, New Jersey. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
