Pharmacy Technician
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in North Charleston, South Carolina. This role is in person / on site. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration: **Type:** Two-month contract, contract to fulltime offer **Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm **Pay:** $23.50 to $25.50 an hour **Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician:** + Perform various duties related to the fulfillment of prescription orders. + Dispense any or all the following: unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectables, IV, enterals and related supplies following state and federal regulations andcompany policies and procedures. + May compound medications using appropriate components, supplies and sterile/ventilated environment. + Process, pack and ship outgoing pharmacy orders, ensuring drug, related supplies and patient collateral (education materials) are included. + May also perform drug/supply ordering and inventory/warehouse duties, including proper storage of drugs and supplies and appropriate refrigeration of perishable product, monitor and adjust/calibrate pharmacy equipment, fill dispensingunits. **Qualifications for the Pharmacy Technician:** · High school diploma or GED · Registered Pharmacy Technician with South Carolina Board of Pharmacy preferred · Previous Infusion or Hospital experience preferred but not required **Why work for Adecco?** + Weekly Pay + 401(k) Plan + Skills Training + Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits **IMPORTANT:** This **Pharmacy Technician** job is being recruited for by Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences division, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
