This role begins 100% onsite for training and transitions to a hybrid schedule once performance expectations are met. Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors 🗓 **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM **_Hybrid: will apply after successfully passing training._** **Key Responsibilities** • Enter new prescriptions into the pharmacy system accurately and in compliance with regulations • Process and send refill requests, verify eligibility, and adjudicate third-party claims • Accurately interpret prescriptions, verify patient and physician information, and calculate dosages • Maintain prescription records and ensure orders meet service-level agreements • Support program-specific requirements, including prescriber calls, shipment-related inquiries, and escalations • Assist in maintaining accurate software system data and inventory control • Perform all duties with attention to detail, urgency, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines **Qualifications** • Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License (must be valid for at least 90 days from start date) • Minimum 6 months of pharmacy experience (retail, mail order, or specialty pharmacy) • Reliable transportation to be onsite for training period (minimum 30 days) • Availability to work Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts + 30-min lunch) • Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadline 💡 **_Ready to join a supportive team and make a difference?
