Job Description:

What will I do?

Manage and develop a team of knowledgeable employees who process prescription requests, build trusted customer relationships and demonstrate patience, empathy and compassionEnsure the department is running smoothly by prioritizing and delegating tasks, writing schedules, and utilizing resources to maximize efficiencyTroubleshoot rejected insurance claims and address issues to achieve the best outcome for patients Ensure department processes and procedures are followed to input information, dispense medication and verify information
