Supervisor in consultation with Pharmacy Manager and Director establish and implement policies procedures and standards to help ensure efficient workflow within the Pharmacy Responsibilities include but are not limited to the followingMakes recommendations to Site Manager Clinical Manager and Director to ensure pharmacy or clinic practice in assigned area is optimizedProvide direct oversight to staff in defined work group including annual work performance appraisalsLeads dailymonthly work group in assigned area as defined by pharmacy leadership teamInterfaces with outside stakeholders to ensure patient and customer needs are being metProvides flexible scheduling coverage and assists in fulfilling staffing and on call requirements in both routine and unforeseen circumstances in accordance with departmental and hospital wide needsMaintains general pharmacy competencies and continuing education as well as competency in specialty roleProactively works with management to foster
