Overview

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for preparing and packaging medical equipment and supplies for distribution, maintaining warehouse inventory, cleaning and sterilizing equipment, and serving as a backup delivery driver as needed.

 

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm

Responsibilities Packages and prepares equipment and supplies for distributionFulfills patient orders by assembling required suppliesCompletes delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase orders, and packing slips accuratelyCoordinates home medical equipment orders with pharmacist supportSchedules and coordinates patient deliveriesStocks, stores, and rotates warehouse equipment and suppliesMaintains records of product lot numbers, expiration dates, and batch documentationMonitors inventory levels of drug supplies and infusion pumpsMaintains cleanliness and organization of the production areaSupervisory Responsibility: No Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferredPreferred experience in warehouse operations or inventory managementValid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, if driving is requiredCertified Pharmacy Technician license, if mandated by stateApply warehouse policies and procedures accuratelyUse sound judgment in inventory-related decisionsDemonstrate effective verbal and written communicationExhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detailPossess basic computer proficiencyUnderstand or quickly learn product codes and terminologyPercentage of Travel: 25-75%Driving Position: Yes

 

**To perform this role will require frequently standing, walking, and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasionally sitting, bending, reaching, climbing (stairs/ladders), kneeling, stooping and crouching. The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 21-30 lbs**
