Essential Accountabilities: + Establishes objectives to accomplish department/hospital’s goals + Supports the financial management for area + Manages departmental operations to ensure area meets or exceeds the expectations of customers + Oversees the management of the flow of pharmaceutical product and staff between all pharmacy service campuses to ensure processes are efficient and effective in meeting department goals and objectives + Provides pharmacy service leadership through people who have a direct impact on the department’s/hospital’s area of responsibility + Participates in leadership growth and development. **What qualifications you will need:** **Required Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy **Preferred Education:** Master's Degree **Required License/Certification:** licensed Pharmacist, BCLS may be required for those leaders providing patient care **Required Experience:** Five years of hospital technical and managerial experience in pharmacy.
