Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Manage the daily operations of pharmacy services. + Develop and implement performance improvement activities to include medication safety, medication use evaluation and pharmacoeconomics. + Conduct competency assessments and coordinate the training and development of pharmacists, pharmacy residents and pharmacy students. + Develop and manage departmental budget to promote pharmacoeconomics. + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations. Also serve on various committees. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed. Education: + Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
