QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
Post secondary education and/or university degree preferredMinimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain processes At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead role, with proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of inventory systems and procedures, including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and returnsDemonstrated skills in coaching, mentoring, and holding employees accountable for performance and behaviorExperience in working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesAbility to apply company policies consistently and fairlyProficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., ERP/WMS) and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesCommitment to health and safety standards and continuous improvementAbility to read, write, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Capable of effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings to employees. Proficient in basic mathematical operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Demonstrates sound reasoning and judgment to follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form. Skilled in organizing workload for efficient use of time. Able to function independently and take ownership of responsibilities. Experience in leading staff involved in inventory management.Physical Demands
