**Responsibilities**
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented pharmacy interns to join our Medication History team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop clinical and professional skills while contributing directly to patient care. Interns will be responsible for conducting accurate and thorough medication histories either in-person or remotely via Caregility.
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Accurately obtain and document comprehensive medication histories from patients
· Utilize various technologies, including Caregility, electronic health records (EHR), and communication tools (e.g., Teams)
· Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare providers to ensure medication safety and accuracy
· Counsel patients on medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
· Participate in educational activities and hands-on experiences aimed at developing clinical acumen
· Receive mentorship from experienced pharmacists committed to intern growth
· (Optional) Assist with dispensing-related tasks, such as medication preparation, inventory management, or order entry, depending on site needs and the intern’s interest. While not a core function of the role, these opportunities can provide exposure to operational pharmacy workflows.

**Qualifications**
· Currently enrolled in an accredited pharmacy school
· Pharmacy Intern Licensure registered by the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy
· Strong attention to detail and communication skills
· Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems
· Commitment to professional growth and patient-centered care
Foreign Pharmacy Graduates must have a FPGEC® Certificate awarded through the NABP, this must be completed prior to and maintained throughout employment.

**Compensation Detail**
$23.29 - $33.36/ hour; Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
